Ralph A. Saviano Awaits Sentencing

Not all financial advisors can be trusted, and this sad fact of life has been proven in the case of Ralph A. Saviano, an unscrupulous financial advisor who is currently awaiting sentencing for his scamming crimes. Saviano, who was a township financial advisor in Bridgewater, New Jersey, was recently charged with stealing thousands of dollars from his clients. Many of his clients came to him for advice on education planning for their children or were elderly and not very savvy about financial matters. Unfortunately, instead of the advice and support these clients hoped for, they got scammed out of large sums of money.

Saviano admitted to stealing $138,000 from a multitude of clients, money which he used to finance his own lifestyle. Promising the investors he would use the money toward education planning, securities, and business matters, Saviano instead used it for home improvement projects and other personal gain. While the results of the sentencing are still unclear, one can only hope that Saviano will get the maximum punishment allowed by law.

Avoid entrusting your money to crooks like Saviano; go with financial advisors with proven track records of reliability, like those at Platinum Financial Associates of Naperville.
